If you're a regular you know my super twin brother Tomer has a collection of his illustration work published recently in a book call OVERKILL. I interviewed him for Calcalist, and tried to find out how come we started at the same genetic code and ended up in two completely different places. You can read the article here (hebrew). If you have a brave hart, I dare you to use google translation. There is also that strip I did about being a twin He's a bit taller. On a different front The Realist is expanding to Facebook and Twitter, nothing can stop it now, not even the new print shop (hebrew).
Below are my doodles for the article with Tomer.
Looks like you're brushing your teeth with kryptonite there, maybe that's the problem? :)
ReplyDeleteLove you, don't ever change.
Or maybe its the use of green water? :) I kid, great image as always!
ReplyDeleteLove you, don't ever change.
עברתי עכשיו על כל הריאליסט, מהסוף להתחלה. מבחינתי אתה די סופרמן.
ReplyDeleteThe article in Calcalist is candid, moving and wonderful. Tomer and yourself complete each other in a way no single artist can be whole. I think we all feel melancholy more often than not, though not everyone has the compunction to express it. Maybe it's a necessary balance for the high moments and ironically, nothing to be sad about. Yours are of the more touching comics ever.
ReplyDeleteWonderful! I don't know why, but seing your work in black and white always reminds me of the TINTIN drawings. Whether it's in the way you draw the eyes or the abstracted anatomy and body language, there's a certain timeless charm that reminds me of my childhood comic book heroes! bravo.
ReplyDeleteI love when you and Tomer do stuff together, or when one of you writes/draws about that relationship.
ReplyDeletehaha. I found your work after buying overkill. You're both awesome!
ReplyDeleteWow, you're both like the brazilian twins comics artists, Gabriel Ba and Fabio Moon, but older ! Hm, maybe they're like you then... oh, wait ! Maybe this makes them a farce !
ReplyDeletehaha kidding, love your work by the way, didn't know of your brother, amazing !
